This upcoming weekend we have the 2012 Kyokushin Australian Nationals.
The O'Neill Kyokushin Brisbae Dojo will be represented by Jeff Ainsworth in the Men's Open Middleweight and Anne Schneider in the Women's Novice Middleweight. They have both been training hard and are certain to have a great day! Best of luck guys!

New Zealand success for Sensei Garry!
A great weekend just past with Sensei Garry having a great fight off with James Eades from New Zealand.
The match was declared a draw but it was great to see Sensei Garry back on the matt again. If you are thinking of joining up then you need to see the videos of it! New Zealand Nationals 2012
This Saturday will be the 2012 Kyokushin New Zealand Nationals held in Wellington.
Sensei Garry is going over to fight in a One Match challenge. This will be his first fight for awhile. Also going is Jeff Ainsworth who will take part in the Men's Open Middleweight tournament.
Sensei Raan and Sempai Tiff will also be going over to both support and officiate at the event!

Sensei Garry O'Neill at Petrie Terrace
The 146 Petrie terrace dojo is now back up and running under the direction on Sensei Garry O'Neill.
The O'Neill Kyokushin Brisbane Dojo is now up and running and Sensei Garry has a new website to go along with it. Check it out at - http://www.oneillkyokushin.com.
Its great to have Sensei Garry back providing instruction for Kyokushin in Brisbane and really is of a great benefit for IKO under Kancho Matsui in Australia!

Welcome back Masato!
Tonight we welcomed back Masato to the Kyokushin Brisbane dojo.
Masato had been training in Kyokushin in Melbourne and also Muai Thai in Thailand over the last 6 months!

Paul Briggs session delayed
Sensei Dominic informed us that as he will not be in the dojo next Saturday that the Paul Briggs session will be postponed until April 4th.
It will be a great session and for those of you who haven't been trainin for a while it will be worth turning up for a casual session just to have the opportunity to be trained by the Hurricane!
